Our dried herbs make great stocking stuffers for your loved ones. We dry whatever harvested herbs we have leftover from the market each week, plus we harvest herbs as they near the end of their season. We have an abundance of dried basil that we’ve harvested ahead of this cold weather. These herbs keep well and taste better than any store-bought herbs. Ask my niece, Rachael about the rosemary, she can’t buy rosemary in the store anymore as it tastes bitter to her. Come by the table tomorrow and pick up a jar. We have a limited supply of rosemary, tarragon, oregano, bay leaf and plenty of basil. We are sharing a tent over by the orchids, come see me!

Dried basil is great added to sauces or sprinkled on salads, soups or even eggs.
