Hello all – We’ve had another cold snap and we lost some Salad Bowl lettuce as we didn’t get them covered, we just ran out of time. We do, however, have arugula, India curly mustard greens this week. We have a few carrots left after we ate a lot of them as we were harvesting! They are made remarkably sweet by the cold temperatures. We have a lot of rosemary and cilantro, with a small amount of dill, oregano and thyme. We also have 2 large baskets of meyer lemons and a lot of dried herbs. It’s going to be chilly tomorrow, so bundle up, come out, get some hot coffee and get your groceries for the week. Find us near Bruce’s orchid tent at Urban Harvest Eastside tomorrow.
